Setup Guests and Program Types for your Organization

The Attendees tab allows you to enter the types of Guests that attend your rentals and events as well as the type of Programs you normally conduct.

Program Types

Populating Gazebo with program types allows you to group bookings into color coded categories, making it quick and easy to view the types of upcoming rentals and events on the Dashboard calendar.

  1. Navigate to Setup>Attendees>Program Types

  2. Add the name of your program, select whether it will be available for online registration and choose a color code. If you do not see a color you wish to choose, you can enter a HEX color code.

Guest Types

Guest types allows you to categories guests for rentals and events. You can add Line Items and rates to Types as well.

  1. Navigate to Setup>Attendees>Guest Types

  2. Add the guest identifier and any line item to tie it with and/or a rate.

  3. Click 'Save'.
