Review the steps needed to ensure your application is ready to launch for the new season.

Preparing to roll out your Camper Application can seem daunting, especially if it's been several months or even a year since you last reviewed your settings for the upcoming season.

This Application Launch Checklist will guide you through the process. It's designed to ensure you approach your application launch with the utmost confidence!

Navigate to Admin > Camper Setup 1 > Season Settings

Season Settings

⏹️ Updated age constraints (age-based camps)

⏹️ Show on App

⏹️ Capacity settings, including behavior when session is full (use the capacity report to see all at once)

⏹️ Seasonal Assignment Hold Settings/Time Remaining/Session is Full Message

Financial Settings

• Ensure all sessions have valid pricing rules and deposits.
