Gazebo Admin: Set up Other

Learn how to customize your Gazebo platform with portal settings, preferences, and features

Under the "Other" tab in Gazebo Administration you will find options to customize the organizer portal, terms and conditions, as well as options to add Specific Organization and Contact Types.


System Preferences

Under system preferences you will enter all of the pertinent contact information for your organization. Take close note of the Timezone, sessions timeout, and add any rental terms and conditions.

Tip: You can easily Copy and Paste any previously outlined Terms and Conditions text into the box.


Portal Settings

This tab is where you set the image and confirmation content for your inquiry page. In the "Confirmation Content" box, enter the text you want inquiries to see once they click the "Submit" button on the form.


Organization and Contact Types

"Organization Types" are different from the Attendee Program and Guest types. Organization and Contact types populate in the "Contacts" tab.

Organization Types: You can add as many types as needed for filtering and organization. Examples: School, Church, Family, etc. Within each type you can add Member types. Below, we see how a "Church" Organization type is populated with a head pastor, youth paster, the Grace Chapel Church contact.

Contact Types: The Gazebo system has "Primary" and "Financial" designation types pre-populated. While you cannot edit or delete these two types (rental bookings must add a primary contact or Organization), you can add additional contact types, such as secondary, teacher, etc..
