Set your camp’s look across CampInTouch!
Families see your branding in two places: the welcome and login screens, and the CampInTouch template. A recognizable logo, color, and background help them know they’re in the right place.
📋Note: Have your logo file and background image ready before you start.
You can brand two areas:
Login and welcome screens: you update these yourself in the Branding tool.
CampInTouch template: you request this through a form, and our team builds it for you.

Video Walkthrough
The Branding Tool
📋Note: Use Back to Admin at the top of the page to return to Campminder. Families won’t see any changes until you publish.
Tab 1: Brandkit
Select the Brandkit tab.
Under Logos, select Add logo and upload your file.
Select the logo you want as your default.
📋 Note: Upload your logo as a PNG or SVG with a transparent background, at least 300 x 100 pixels.
Set your Brand color. It colors your header, background, and footer.
Set your Accent color. It colors links and interactive elements.
Under Background image, add or select your default image.
As you work, the Preview window on the right will update with your changes.
💡Tip: Use the desktop and mobile icons above the preview to see both views. Many families log in on their phones.
Select Save changes.
💡 Tip: Choose a logo that stands out against your brand color and background. A white logo on a light image will disappear.
🎯Try it now: Go to CampInTouch > Setup > Branding > Brandkit tab, upload your logo, and set your brand and accent colors. Check both the desktop and mobile previews. Come back when you’ve done it.
Tab 2: Login Page
Select the Login page tab.
Under Brand kit overrides, use the Logo dropdown to choose a different logo for the login page.
Under Background image, choose a different image, or select None.
📋 Note: Your Brandkit background image applies to the login page by default. You only need this tab if you want the login page to look different. Overrides apply to the login page only.
Set the Footer text color.
💡 Tip: If you leave Footer text color blank, Campminder automatically picks a text color that contrasts with your brand color.
Check the Preview to see your welcome screen.
Select Save changes.
🎯Try it now: Go to the Login page tab and check how your logo and background look together. Come back when you’ve done it.
Publish Your Changes
📋Note: Publish stays dimmed until you make an edit. You don’t have to save first, but saving before you publish is a good habit.
Select Publish in the upper right.
Review the list of changes in the confirmation window, then confirm.
Open your welcome or login screen and refresh the page.
📋 Note: Browsers store a copy of your branding, so you may need to refresh, or wait briefly, to see your update.
🎯Try it now: Publish your changes, then open your login screen in a new browser tab and refresh. Come back when you’ve done it.
Part 2: CampInTouch Template
Template updates are processed by our team. You submit your details through a request form, and we build and apply the new template for you.
Request Your Template
Open the Template Request Form.
Enter your organization name and contact information.
Choose a background image. Select a default or upload your own.
📋 Note: Custom images must be at least 2250 x 1500 pixels.
Upload your logo as a PNG with a transparent background.
Enter your contact phone number and website URL.
Add any social media links (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Vimeo).
Submit the form.
Watch for a message from our team.
📋 Note: We’ll contact you if we need more details or adjustments. Once your template is finalized, we’ll implement it and let you know when the update is complete. You don’t need to publish anything on your end.
🎯 Try it now: Open the Template Request Form and gather your background choice, PNG logo, and contact and social links so everything is ready to submit. Come back when you’ve done it.
Before you move on, check yourself:
Can you tell which branding you update yourself in the Branding tool and which you request through the Template Request Form?
Can you explain what belongs in your Brandkit versus what only changes the login page?
Did you publish and refresh to confirm your login update, and do you have your template details ready to submit?
